Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, available shipping/tracking details will be provided.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery times may vary due to:

Courier or logistics delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Remote delivery locations
Unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may use the tracking information provided after dispatch to monitor their shipment.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Sahil collection with your order details. We will coordinate with the applicable shipping partner to investigate the issue.

7. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to document the condition of the package and contact us as soon as possible.
